About Cindy

With over 25 years of management and leadership experience, I realized early on that the most meaningful and fulfilling part of my job was mentoring and coaching others. In fact, one of my passions has always been in supporting people in finding the right path for themselves, whether that means helping them discover their dream job, becoming a great leader, or helping them see that they’re on the wrong road altogether.

It was this passion that led me to launch Manage Fearlessly, a resource for managers and aspiring leaders.

After several years of online coaching,I decided to take the next step and  become  a certified coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF). I want to  work one-on-one with individuals and corporations.

My coaching approach combines real-world leadership and management experience with the core competencies of ICF training.

Before founding Manage Fearlessly, I spent over 30 years at Bank of America and its predecessor organizations, where I led both managers and individual producers. Before my retirement, I  served as the Global Commercial Banking Executive for the Bank's Mid-Atlantic Region.

I received my BS and MBA degrees from the University of Maryland, RH Smith School of Business, and completed my undergraduate degree summa cum laude with a focus in Human Resource Management. I served as President of the Alumni Association from 2002 to 2003, and am still a proud Life Member Terrapin!

Always involved in the business community and passionate about advancing social missions, I currently serve on the Board of Directors for Argan, Inc. (NYSE:AGX)  and Congressional Bank. Additionally, I volunteer my time with 100 Entrepreneurs, an organization that helps transitioning veterans.
